Ich bin ein Fotograf mit einem Blick auf den Alltag der Menschen und dessen Umfeld und bilde beides seit rund 50 Jahren ab.

Fotografie ist nicht mein Beruf, aber ich habe professionell sehr viel damit zu tun. Zuerst war ich für ein österreichisches Medienunternehmen tätig und seit 2004 arbeite ich an den IPTC Foto Metadaten, leite die Arbeitsgruppe dieses Standards seit mehr als 10 Jahren.

I’m a photographer watching everyday life of people and its environment and depict both for about 50 years.

Photography is not my profession but I have professional relations to it. I worked for an Austrian media company and since 2004 I’m active on IPTC Photo Metadata (read more about it), leading this standard’s working group for more than 10 years.
